Dr. Sharon Salvador is a Dominican-American leader, first-generation college graduate, and Newark native whose lifelong commitment to community empowerment began at the age of 15. Raised and educated in Newark, NJ, she quickly emerged as a conscious community advocate dedicated to supporting and strengthening community-based organizations working on behalf of the underserved.

She holds a doctorate degree in Business Administration - Business Intelligence from Marymount University, a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Rutgers University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. With over 27 years of experience in strategic planning, administration, operations, and organizational development, Dr. Salvador has served corporations, foundations, and charitable organizations through the design and implementation of holistic enterprise plans and sustainable business infrastructures.

As the founder of a consulting practice focused on nonprofit and mission-driven enterprise development (www.SharonSalvador.com), Dr. Salvador facilitates training for executive teams in areas including regulatory compliance, grant and proposal writing, financial education, fund development, and operational refinement. Her approach combines systems thinking with culturally responsive leadership, helping organizations align their values with impact-driven results.
